You must comply with all the internal policies of the organization notified from time to time. You would not carry on any business or profession or enter for any part of agreement in any capacity during employment and or be employed by and engaged with any other entity. You will devote your whole time and attention to the work allotted to you. You must also return to the organization on request or immediately on termination of your appointment all books, papers documents and other organization property that belongs or relate to the organization or its customers. If you perceive any new or advanced methods of improving process/formulae/system in relation to the operations of the organization, such developments should be fully communicated to the organization and will remain sole right/property of the organization. You also agree to assign to the organization all proprietary rights including all ownership rights and copyright and the exclusive right to develop, make, sell, use and license or otherwise benefit from any invention, discovery made by you during your employment with the organization. You agree to maintain secrecy & confidentiality on the organization’s data which includes names and contact nos. of the clients/ customers of the organization. At any given circumstances, you shall not divulge any information to a third party other than law enforcement agencies during your tenure of employment. The organization has its rights reserved if you are found compromising any information of its valued clientele to any third party. PG Financials shall have the sole rights to terminate your employment by giving you due notice in case of any data breach observed. You are intimated that if you fail to materially perform in accordance with the terms and conditions of this employment which may include sales targets, operational exigencies, PG Financials maintains sole rights to terminate the employment by issuance of a written notice to you where the notice shall specify the reasons of non-performance. If you demand to cure the non-performance, a reasonable time of one month to cure the non-performance shall be granted to you. In case there is no significant improvement in your performance, PG Financials shall have the sole rights to terminate your employment by giving you due notice of non-performance. It is also a condition of your employment to ensure that the organization’s polices of maintaining the strictest confidentiality for the remuneration you receive are observed by you at all times. Besides, the terms of this offer detailed above should be treated as privileged information between you and the organization. You are bound by all Laws of the Land and to be abide rules of Work Place conduct / Code of Conduct/Organization’s Policy Manual/ SOPs and Regulations published then and there and amended as and when occurs/ State and Central Laws / without fail and any breach will lead to appropriate actions including termination of employment if proved against you. You authorize PG Financials to contact my former employer/s as indicated by you to carry out background verification/employment verification deemed appropriate during the selection procedures. You authorize the employer PG Financials and its empanelled or appointed agencies to realise information pertaining to my employment and education and you release them from any liability in doing so. You confirm the above terms and conditions has been read by be carefully in sound mind and signed by you without any force, coercion or any favour offered to me by anybody including the employer. You understand that any misrepresentation or omission of information towards my declaration of education or past employment may result in action based on the sole decision from employer.
